State of the Union: Women & Girls in Crisis (OPEN TO ALL)

May 19 @ 12:00 pm - 1:30 pm

Join us for an essential conversation about the current state of funding and services for women and girls in our community. This collaborative Lunch & Learn brings together leading organizations serving survivors of violence, native communities, and immigrant populations to share critical insights with funders, foundations, and philanthropists who are committed to making a difference.

This is a critical moment for women and girls in our community. With federal funding under threat, increasing barriers for immigrant survivors, and persistent gaps in housing and support services, the need for philanthropic leadership has never been greater. This event will provide funders with a transparent, comprehensive understanding of:

  • The full scope of violence against women and girls in our region
  • Current funding landscape and HUD/housing funding challenges
  • Unique barriers faced by immigrant survivors (including ICE enforcement impacts)
  • Crisis facing native women and missing and murdered indigenous women
  • Tangible ways donors can make an immediate impact

This event will take place in-person on Tuesday, May 19th, at Native Action Network and is open to all. Lunch will be provided, please bring a friend.
