Convening is a chance to learn, connect, and take action together. We bring people together to share ideas, listen to different perspectives, and work toward real change. Our work is guided by WaWF values of community, courage, curiosity, and care, with a strong focus on racial and gender equity. Everyone has a place here, and everyone’s voice matters.

2026 Convening Themes

This year’s Convening will focus on three urgent and interconnected issues:

• Women and Healthcare
• Women and Immigration
• Women, Democracy, and Public Life

Through in-depth panel discussions, we will hear from experts, advocates, and community organizers advancing equitable, transformative solutions across Washington state.

What to Expect

• Three 60-minute panel discussions featuring cross-sector leaders
• Opportunities for reflection and shared learning
• Connection with a diverse community rooted in trust, accountability, and care
• Actionable insights to support your advocacy, impact and community care

• Location: UW Intellectual House (wǝɫǝbʔaltxʷ), Seattle, WA
• Format: In-person
• Meals: Morning coffee, pastries and lunch included
