Priority 101 Series: Adult Educational Opportunities (OPEN TO ALL)

January 30, 2025 @ 12:30 pm - 2:00 pm

We’re thrilled to announce our 2025 Priority 101 series.  From our overarching themes of Healthcare, Education and Climate + Agricultural Justice; the WaWF membership has selected one priority within each theme: Youth Mental Health, Adult Education Opportunities, and Mitigating the Impact of Climate Change.

Join us on Thursday January 30th, 2025 via Zoom at 12:30PM for the first part of our deep dive on Adult Education Opportunities. Learn more about the intersection of non-traditional adult education programs and educational opportunities in support of such efforts for immigrants, refugees and others. Panelists will discuss state wide programs, active collaborations and how to address creative educational opportunities in the new year.

Join panelists Emily Ramirez of Global Neighborhood Thrift, Theresa Roosendaal of B5, and Mahnaz Eshetu of Refugee Women’s Alliance.

Click here to register for Priority 101: Adult Educational Opportunities.

These events are free and open to the entire WaWF community, meaning they are open to all! We will record the panel discussions and share with those who register for viewing. For questions, please contact programs@wawomensfdn.org.
