Maura Fallon

Maura Fallon joined the Foundation in 2013 and serves on the Planning Committee for Intersect (formerly Discovery Days).  Maura is an organizational development consultant, counselor, and executive coach with expertise on managing change and transformation in multicultural environments.  She has served as Director of Learning and Development – Asia for both Allied Signal and Honeywell (Hong Kong) and was an adjunct lecturer in a Business Bachelor’s program at the Singapore Institute of Management/Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology.  Maura has held board leadership positions in the areas of women’s rights, social and economic justice, eliminating racism, GLBT organizing as a straight ally, and on the American Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong. Maura holds a Masters in Intercultural Relations from Antioch University and a Bachelors in Political Science from Mount Holyoke College.  Being a part of the WA Women’s transformation towards greater inclusion and diversity has enabled Maura to build deeper connections with a network of community-minded individuals.
